Rights of the Consumer

• Full advisement in the preparation of manuals, training of personnel, contract language and the preparation of publicity campaigns for goods or services destined for consumers in accordance with Consumer Defense Code.
• Follow up of judicial and administrative actions which involve consumer rights, including claims for indemnities.
• Action in defense as to the Institute of Weights and Measures, the Consumer Protection Agency and the Special Civil Judiciary.
