• Advice in the area of environmental law, seeking to align clients’ activities with environmental responsibility. Defense of clients’ interests in governmental and judicial proceedings in the environmental area.
• Advisement in relation to governmental entities responsible for the laws and regulations in the environmental area, including follow up of programs of adaptation to regulations, pollutant emission standards, conformity of raw materials, treatment and disposition of wastes, and standards as to the transport of toxic materials.
• Environmental responsibility as part of corporate activities.
